Position OverviewAssistant Field Supervisors/Driver works together, with Field Supervisors/Driver to help job seekers returning to the workforce. Their duties may include conducting administrative tasks, form documentation, and maintaining staff training. They also monitor staff productivity. Assistant Field Supervisors/Drivers are responsible for the safety of their crew members.Essential Function

• Fill in for -the Field Supervisor during absences by utilizing -The Elijah House vehicles to transports work -crews
• Work alongside the crew members performing litter abatement
• Assist in maintaining the -operations of the litter abatement -program
• Assist in maintaining and evaluate the performance of work crew -participants
• Assist in maintaining and submit accurate reports and -documentation
• Perform any other duties within the scope of this -position
• Assist in maintaining and observe all safety precautions and -practices.Education and Minimum Qualification:
  Must possess a High School diploma or a GED.
