300 AI teams train and run models on the right data. Our platform
indexes, curates, annotates, and evaluates data across the full AI
lifecycle, from development through production. Trusted by Woven by

100 working at the frontier of AI and have raised $60M in Series C
funding from Wellington Management, CRV, Next47 and Y Combinator.
The role Encord is scaling rapidly. We've achieved strong
product–market fit and have a clear path to significantly
accelerate revenue this year. In Physical AI alone, we've grown
revenue 10x over the past 12 months — and we're just getting
started. Now, we're looking for exceptional sales talent to help
build and scale the Physical AI business from the ground up.
Reporting to the Head of Physical AI and partnering closely with
our founders and leadership team, you'll take a category-defining
AI infrastructure platform to market — selling to some of the most
advanced AI teams in the world as we expand from Digital into
Physical AI use cases. This is a high ownership, individual
contributor role with a path to grow responsibilities from sourcing
and supporting on expansion deals to progressing into leading on
our complex post-sales motion. This is not a traditional AM role.
You'll be an early post-sales hire with real ownership. You'll help
shape how we engage and grow the right customers as we scale —
while building the foundations of a long-term commercial career.
From day one, you'll be expected to think like a seller:
prioritising the right accounts, crafting expansion strategies and
partnering closely with the Head of Physical AI to identify & move
real expansion opportunities forward. This is a rare opportunity to

you’ll do Own the full customer sales cycle end-to-end, from
pipeline generation through close, supported by a pipeline
generation team Expanding Physical AI teams - start-ups, scale-ups
and enterprise for robotics, autonomous vehicles and research
applications Drive high-impact deals and help scale Encord through
its next phase of growth Work with customers solving real, complex
problems across multimodal data, robotics, and physical systems
Partner closely with Product, Engineering, and Customer Success to
feed customer insight directly into the roadmap Help refine our
ideal customer profile as we expand into new use cases Grow with
the company, with the opportunity to take on expanded ownership as
we scale Who we’re looking for Consistent top or near-top performer
on your team (if coming from B2B sales) Demonstrated ability to

excelling in a B2B SaaS sales role or a comparable high-performance

achievement in highly competitive or demanding fields (e.g., top 1%
performance, sustained excellence, clear evidence of perseverance
