technologies.What You'll Be DoingWe are looking for a full-time
Electronic Monitoring Agent to support our San Mateo County
programs. This is a great opportunity to work as part of our
customer service-focused team and directly support our agency
customers and program participants. Your work will include:
- Conducting intakes, including screenings and assessments
- Managing all new referrals, including scheduling and managing
all enrollments and installations
- Install, remove, and conduct routine maintenance and cleaning
of our equipment
- Manage daily alerts
- Conduct other related services such as home detention
monitoring and drug testingHow You'll Make an ImpactWhen our
clients succeed, we succeed! As an Electronic Monitoring Agent,
you're on the front lines of our program, working each day to
manage, guide, and support clients-many of whom are struggling with
addiction and to find success in their supervision program. Being
monitored is not always easy, and as an Electronic Monitoring
Agent, you'll have the right balance of compassion, attention to
detail, and listening skills. You'll have the opportunity to
support and guide your assigned clients by providing clear
communication of expectations and limits, being accessible and
responsive to troubleshoot and answer questions, and by helping
problem-solve a variety of issues related to their monitoring,
their supervision program, or other elements of their lives.What
You'll Need to Have
- Minimum of a High School diploma; Associate's degree or higher
is preferred
- Willing to work flexible hours, such as occasional nights and
weekends
- Customer service or offender management experience
- Knowledge of the state/local corrections or judicial
system
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office tools such as Word, Excel,
and Outlook
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Excellent interpersonal skills
- Your own vehicle with valid driver's license and insurance
- The ability to travel if required
- Bilingual (Spanish and English) is a plusWhat We Really Love to

position: $18-$22/hour
- SCRAM of California offers a generous Paid Time Off (PTO)
program, paid holidays, and a 401(k) plan that includes an employer
