Great opportunity with a stable National Company that is looking
for a Sales Coordinator to support their busy sales team. We are
looking for a candidate who is interested in working in a fast
paced environment supporting a busy sales team in the advertising
industry. In this role you will manage all inbound advertising
orders and insure that proper advertising schedules are input and
correct billing information is captured. This is for digital, print
and targeted delivery orders. Requires extremely organized
individual who thinks clearly under pressure and achieves high
level of accuracy. Must be able to shift priorities quickly,
gracefully handle any interruptions and demands, while keeping
track of numerous tasks that need to be completed on deadline. 2-3
years of corporate office experience required. Must have strong
customer service skills. Must have a high level of proficiency in
computer skills including Windows, Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and
Outlook. Bachelors Degree preferred. Apply for this great position
