• Oversees multiple car wash locations based on business needs and location.
• Provides daily activities for all on-staff employees, including loading, cleaning, and customer service.
• Coordinates with sales team on daily, monthly, and annual goals for revenue, membership, and service KPIs.
• Analyzes budget expectations to identify areas for focus and improvement.
• Ensures site operations comply with applicable laws, regulations, and company policies.
• Follows strict cleaning and maintenance schedules.Supervisory Responsibilities:
  • Directly supervises 6-8 Car Wash Attendants (CWA) per site.
  • Performs responsibilities in accordance with organizational policies and procedures.
  • Includes interviewing, hiring, training employees; planning, assigning, and directing work; appraising performance; rewarding and disciplining employees; addressing complaints and resolving problems.
  • Adheres to all safety, Chevron Way values, and diversity practices.Skills and Experience Required:
    • Ability to lead and motivate teammates confidently.
    • Proficiency in English to understand policies, safety training, and communicate effectively.
    • Strong written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills.
    • Retail and/or Hospitality management experience preferred.
    • Valid driver's license, good driving record, and current liability insurance.

      • Occasional bending, twisting, lifting of equipment/materials of at least 20 lbs.
      • Periodic intrastate travel by car and/or air.
      • Ability to stand for long periods for on-the-job training.
      • Operates telephone, computer, and other office equipment.
      • Operates a motor vehicle safely.Travel:Occasional work and travel outside of normal hours and designated area.Must be at least 18 years old for California locations; at least 21 for management roles.Additional Information
