Job Description:
Our client is seeking a Maintenance Supervisor (1st shift) for
their manufacturing facility near Berkeley, CA.This job will have
the following responsibilities:Monitor, maintain, troubleshoot, and
repair mechanical, hydraulic, pneumatic, and electrical/electronic
equipmentLead, coach, and manage a team of 8 maintenance
techniciansDirect management of all maintenance staff affiliated
with this plant locationManaged maintenance department to ensure
on-time production and deliverySelects and trains employees to
produce at standard-and-above efficiencyParticipate in
lean/continuous improvement projectsQualifications &
Requirements:Bachelor s Degree preferred but not required3+ years
of Maintenance Leadership experience in a high-volume manufacturing
plantElectrical control panel experienceCMMS ExperiencePLC
Troubleshooting (Mechanical/Electrical)
