As the Research Analyst, you will be responsible for aggregating,
maintaining, and analyzing data to develop market insights and
identify emerging trends. While data validation and data integrity
are critical functions, the position will also be charged with
handling the daily responsibilities of the research department by
facilitating staff and broker research requests and assisting with
the production of high-quality market publications and research
papers. In addition, you will also provide material for client
presentations, assist with property market valuations, and support
the training of new staff and brokers.
What you bringAt least 2-3+ years' experience in a research
roleBachelor's degree in a related field (Business, Economics,
Statistics)Excellent written and verbal communication
skillsAdvanced knowledge of MS Office (Word, Excel,
Powerpoint)Strong analytical skills and experience using a research
database (Costar, LoopNet)Bonus skills and experienceExperience in
ArcGIS or other GIS software is a plusProficiency in SQLWhat
success looks likeYou will aggregate, standardize, and augment
disparate data sets. You are responsible for database maintenance,
verification, and updating multiple databases across multiple
service lines. -You will provide timely and reliable statistical
information on commercial properties, including, but not limited
to, availability and vacancy rates, lease rates, absorption trends,
lease and sale comparables, tenant migration, development activity,
and economic trends. You will assist with collecting, analyzing,
and producing quarterly and annual market reports adhering to
corporate standards. -You will assist with preparing broker opinion
of values, lease abstracting and lease/sale analysis.You will
conduct field research to confirm and enhance market information,
take photographs as needed, verify tenant movement, and monitor new
developments.You will partner with marketing, administrative and
sales professionals to provide research assistance and expertise
for client meetings/presentations as needed.You will act as a
resource to brokers and staff involved in special projects
requiring compilation of data, i.e., ownership data, zoning, land
use, property sales, etc., and provides demographic information in
partnership with Colliers GIS Location Intelligence. -Pursuant to

Range for this Role: $53,835 to $99,900Our salary ranges are
determined by role, level, and location. The range displayed on
this job posting reflects the minimum and maximum target for new
hire salaries for the position across all US locations. Within the
range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional
factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant
