from experienced analysts, our Financial Analyst generates new
financial models and reports in partnership with Manager or other
Analysts.Essential Functions
- Identifies unrealistic assumptions through data, conversations
and facts.
- Sources content for financial models and reports, including
industry data, external research, as well as assumptions as
input.
- Uses information to improve existing models (e.g. to
investigate trends, actual spend, proposed projects) or create new
models.
- Works on special projects that may be complex and financial
planning with others in Finance and/or internal clients
- Provides analysis of key assumptions, reviews plans and budgets
for consistency.
- Must be able to point out and correct errors, faulty
assumptions, and suggest changes in approach.
- Develops effective presentation materials for Manager and to
present to Manager.
- Works with others to implement solutions, strategies and
actions to Manager or others within Finance and/or internal
client).
- Determines key issues and provides evaluation verbally or in
presentation form to Manager or other Analysts.
- May assist in larger projects and/or assume responsibility for
a portion of the project.Knowledge/Skills/Abilities
- Understand, apply, and interpret broad financial concepts.
- Ability to understand accounting concepts, including analysis
of financial statements (may require Analyst to seek development
through outside courses or materials (preferred).
- Strong mathematical, analytical and organizational skills
needed.
- Has strong business writing skills.Education & Experience /
Licenses & Certification
- Bachelor's degree in related area or an equivalent combination
of education and experience.
- 2+ years of experience conducting financial and/or business

midpoint of the range, and all offers are subject to a fair pay
analysis - Compensation Range: Min: $69,473.00 - Mid: $86,841.00-
Max: $104,210.00-
