JOB DESCRIPTION:
The Estimator will support the Pre-Construction Manager in project take offs, estimating, bidding, logistics and contracting.The Estimator is expected to conduct herself/himself in a manner consistent with the Company's Core Values and its Business Ethics, Employee Conduct and Confidentiality policy.
GENERAL RESPONSIBILITIES:
--- Estimating--- Bidding--- Scope review--- Take offs--- Plan review for constructability--- Pre-Construction coordination--- Contract review--- Misc tasks as they arise
JOB REQUIREMENTS:
--- 1-3 years of construction experience preferred--- Microsoft Office Suite--- Must be detail oriented and highly organized--- Flexibility and willingness to assist where needed--- Ability to understand and adapt to shifting priorities--- Excellent verbal and written communication skills--- Demonstrated initiative to independently identify areas in need of improvement--- Dependable and a self-starter

HOURS: Monday - Friday, 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM, with overtime as needed.
