need for a Recruiting Coordinator with a growing company that
offers a great team environment, excellent training program and
room for advancement. Seeking someone who is flexible,
professional, excellent communication skills, good sense of humor
and is able to work in a fast-paced environment. Will be
responsible for supporting recruiters in hiring process, sourcing
resumes, scheduling interviews, reference checks, and processing
new hire offers and orientation letters. Need good follow-through,
excellent communication skills and ability to work in fast paced,
deadline driven environment. Ideal candidate will have Bachelor's
degree and 1-2 years experience in recruiting or human resources.
