We are seeking exceptional teammates to help shape this future.About The RoleWe are looking for an experienced IT Systems Engineer to support and enhance our IT infrastructure, ensuring the reliability, security, and efficiency of our systems. Key responsibilities include troubleshooting technical issues, managing system configurations, and implementing new technologies to support business operations. A focus on leveraging automation to streamline processes and improve system efficiency is essential. The ideal candidate will have experience with scripting and automation tools to enhance IT operations and scalability.Key Responsibilities

• Support onboarding and offboarding processes by setting up and deactivating user accounts and devices as we move towards automation.
• Provide technical support for hardware, software, and network issues.
• Maintain and optimize IT infrastructure.
• Manage user accounts, permissions, and security policies across systems.
• Deploy and maintain enterprise applications.
• Develop and document IT procedures, troubleshooting guides, and best practices.
• Assist with IT security initiatives, including patch management, endpoint protection, and access controls.Requirements
  • 5+ years of experience in IT Support, Systems Administration, or related fields.
  • Experience with scripting and automation (Python, PowerShell, Power Automate, Zapier, Workato, Jira workflow automation).
  • Experience managing identity management platforms (Microsoft Entra ID, Okta, etc.).
  • Experience with SaaS applications such as Microsoft 365, Google Workspace, Atlassian Jira and Confluence, GitHub, LucidApps, etc.
  • Strong troubleshooting skills with the ability to diagnose and resolve technical issues efficiently.
  • Excellent communication and documentation skills.Estimated base salary range is $146,000 - $179,000 USD, subject to market and individual qualifications. The actual salary will be determined during the interview process.Benefits
