are looking for a User Researcher to join our team.Role and
Responsibilities:
- Perform competitive research to analyze industry trends,
identify strengths and weaknesses of competitors, and recommend
actionable insights.
- Engage in market research to understand the target audience and
market conditions to support product development and marketing
strategies.
- Conduct UX research focusing on understanding user needs,
behaviors, and preferences to enhance product usability.
- Utilize Figma and other modern tools to organize thoughts and
present findings visually to stakeholders.
- Develop and deliver polished presentations to communicate
research findings effectively, ensuring clarity and impact.Required
Experience and Education:
- 3-7 years of experience.
- Undergraduate degree in a relevant field is required. An
advanced degree is preferred.
- Experience working with B2B products is essential or the
capability to learn quickly the ins and outs of technical B2B
products.Necessary Skills and Attributes:
- Self-motivated individual with the ability to thrive in a
team-based or independent environment.
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Limited supervision and exercise of discretion.
- Capable of conducting ongoing research into competitors and
market trends, contributing to long-term strategies rather than
single-project initiatives.
- Capable of leading research projects independently and helping
persuade leadership with research findings.
- Capable of adapting and shifting gears quickly to get results
faster to help stakeholders make quick decisions. Being able to
rely on secondary research methods like surveys, desktop research,
etc., is a must for competitive/market research, use case/pain
point finding, and vertical opportunity research.Physical

dexterity.Work may involve time-sensitive deadlines, intellectual
challenges, language barriers, and project management deadlines.
May require working additional hours beyond normal schedule and
