Job Description:Performance of inpatient and outpatient echocardiograms: Transthoracic, Transesophageal, Stress Echocardiography and determining when to use Echo contrast agents (Difinity and Agitated Saline) including calculations and report writing.Education:

• Graduate of an Accredited School of Sonography Program RequiredExperience:
  • 1 year Related Experience RequiredCertifications/Licensures:
    • RCS-Adult - Registered Cardiac Sonographer Required or
    • RDCS - Registered Diagnostic Cardiac Sonographer Required
    • BLS - Basic Life Support - Certification RequiredSkills:
      • Ability to work with a variety of ultrasound equipment.
      • Ability to take cross campus call after 90 days.
      • Proficient at Transesophogeal and Transthoracic Echocardiography, Stress Echo, Echo Contrast, 2D Imaging and Report Writing.Work Shift:08.0 - 08:00 - 16:30 No Waive (United States of America)Pay Range:$63.13 - $85.23HourlyOffer amounts are based on demonstrated/relevant experience and/or licensure.Note: Positions at JMH which are exempt (not eligible for overtime) under the level of Manager are listed as hourly for compensation purposes on this posting.
