If you are passionate about providing top-notch service to your clients and have a proven track record of retaining and building your client list, please start your application today!Compensation:$100,500 - $126,500 yearlyResponsibilities:Ensure all phases of the loan process are performed in accordance with regulatory and company guidelinesAssist borrowers in selecting loan programs that best fit their financial goals and needsInterface with realtors, processors, and underwriters to ensure a smooth transaction while overseeing all customer interactionsExceed our production standards by maintaining an active pipelineEnsure accurate and timely preparation of all required documents from borrowers, loan officers, title companies and other related industry professionalsQualifications:Requires compliance with lending regulations and bank underwriting guidelines and lending policiesExceptional decision-making ability, superior written and verbal communication skills, and superb interpersonal and customer service skills requiredSeveral years of experience in real estate, mortgage origination, or lending requiredBanking, business, real estate, or related Bachelor's degree requiredOffice Suite knowledge and loan originating software such as Calyx, Experian, or LendingWise preferredAbout CompanyAt Rise Group, we are a Tech Forward company.
