Job Description:

Beautiful new office in Walnut Creek seeks licensed Client Service Associate. No Sales, all support duties. Hybrid Schedule!

This role will also be responsible for interacting with clients and associates in person, on the phone, and via email, as well as opening new client accounts and establishing new client portfolios. The Client Service Associate will also provide support for existing client accounts and portfolios, as well as generate reports and data for accounts and portfolios.

Job Description:

• Troubleshoot problems, find solutions, triage development needs/requests, and articulate complex solutions in written communications
• Support clients and team members through account opening and maintenance
• Assist with project management
• Manage scheduling, firm calendar, CRM data entry, task management, scanning client documents
• Office management - order supplies, maintain organization & general office care Requirements:
  • Excellent verbal, written and interpersonal communication skills
  • Able to communicate with professionals at all levels
  • Ability to multitask
  • Ability to adapt to a rapidly changing business and technology environment
  • Professional presence and communication skills Experience:
    • Strong client service & technical skills (MS Word & Excel)
    • Minimum of 2+ years professional or relevant internship experience required
    • Associate degree in a business, marketing, communications or finance-related field; a Bachelor's degree or job-related experience for potential future advancement
    • Two+ years of clerical, social work, banking, case management, or customer/client relationship management experience
    • Knowledge of investment and banking products, policies & procedures
    • Registered Client Associate preferred - Series 65 and Series 66 licenses are not required, but will be strongly encouraged to become licensed. Series 7 or 63 licenses are a plus
