actively seeking an experienced Client Service Associate (CSA) to
join their expert team as they launch their independent
practice.The CSA position is a customer service orientated role
that empowers you to make a difference in the lives of the clients
you work with. This position will focus on enhancing the overall
client experience by providing unparalleled customer service, while
also providing administrative and operational support to the firm.
The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, organized, and efficient
with a dedicated focus on client relationships and support.The CSA
will work alongside 5 Financial Advisors who, together, have over
120 years of Financial Advisory experience. Their team is flexible,
family-oriented, functions with high integrity, and are always

ResponsibilitiesServe as one of the front office leads, including
welcoming clients and visitors to the office; responsible for
ensuring all client needs are promptly and accurately
addressedPolitely answer telephone calls; address calls as
appropriate or take detailed messages as neededResponsible for
accurately answering initial questions from prospective or new
clientsReview and respond to all electronic correspondence;
promptly address issues and concerns with professionalism and
attention to resolutionResponsible for all new account setups,
ensuring all documentation is filled out correctly, and proactively
address and follow-through on client service requestsAssist with
client meeting preparationEstablish and maintain client files to
meet regulatory and compliance requirements, create and produce
reports & databases for maintaining files and record keepingPrepare
deposits and scan incoming checks; process receipt of physical
security certificates; maintain Time Stamp log; create and
accurately process ACH's and money transfers, journal entries,
payments via check to outside vendorsRequired
QualificationsBachelor or Associates degree preferred3+ years of
experience as a Client Service Associate requiredFINRA Series 7
license required, Series 66 and insurance license preferredDesired

to all clients and members of the teamEncompasses a high level of
