it.Compensation OverviewThe annual base salary range provided for
this position is a nationwide market range and represents a broad
range of salaries for this role across the country. The actual
salary for this position will be determined by a number of factors,
including the scope, complexity and location of the role; the
skills, education, training, credentials and experience of the
candidate; and other conditions of employment. As part of our
comprehensive compensation and benefits program, employees are also
eligible for performance-based cash incentive awards.Salary
Range$48,000.00 - $79,200.00Target Openings4What Is the
Opportunity?Conduct quality reviews for the operational processing
functions for BI Operations Business Units. Provide positive and
constructive feedback to support performance improvement and
operational consistency. Conduct reviews for compliance with legal,
pricing, and basic operations requirements. Functions may include:
choosing accounts, reviewing for accuracy according the QA plan,
participating in rebuttal sessions with service center and/or field
staff, providing basic reports to management on a regular or on an
as needed basis. Manage monthly dispute intake for Quality Team,
participate in projects as needed, insure Quality Team functional
QC Manuals are up to date, insure changes to QC Tests are loaded
into QCS, participate in calibration with our offshore partners,
and facilitate cross site QC Team calibration meetings.What Will
You Do?
- Assist in developing audit plans, programs and specific tests
to evaluate control areas.
- Apply audit standards and follow directions on properly
applying yes/no questions to determine accuracy.
- Provide feedback to Business Insurance Quality Assurance team
on attribute enhancements and clarifications.
- Participate and/or lead in calibration and rebuttal
meetings.
- Conduct training of employees both individually or in group
settings.
- Clearly and effectively communicate quality assurance findings
to employees and managers.
- Identify trends and areas for improvement.
- Provide input to the development of quality tools to be used in
the quality review process.
- Coordinate and facilitate calibration and rebuttal
meetings.
- Identify trends and areas for improvement and provide input to
quality area and manager(s) to enhance training or create action
plans to address issue(s).
- Prepares monthly QA reports and related information for error
analysis and assessment.
- Participate when called upon for Corporate Audits, Market
Conduct Exams.
- Maintain a solid understanding of current products, forms,
coverages and quality methodology.
- Assist in developing audit plans, programs and specific tests
to evaluate control areas.
- Perform other duties as assigned.What Will Our Ideal Candidate
Have?
- BS/BA preferred.
- Basic understanding of risk assessment, operations, workflow,
workforce management and basic insurance industry operational
practices. Strong understanding of Travelers products &
systems.
- Preference for Operational Insurance experience.
- Technical Competence:
- Understanding of operational Insurance concepts and
workflow.

is a Must Have?
- High school diploma or GED required.
- Minimum of 2 years of business and/or quality assurance related
