Description:Orthopedic group which recently consolidated three Orthopedic practices is looking to build out their Accounts Payable team and add two AP Specialists to their team. Responsibilities:Managing accounts payable using Accumatica accounting software and other programsHandling accounts payable for separate entities and vendorsAnalyzing workflow processesEstablishing and maintaining relationships with new and existing vendorsEnsuring bills and payroll are paid in a timely and accurate manner while adhering to departmental proceduresFacilitating payment of vendors, which may include verification of federal ID numbers, reviewing purchase orders, and resolving discrepanciesProcessing due invoices for payments utilizing 2-way invoice matchingProcessing transactions and performing accounting duties such as account maintenance, recording entries and reconciling books of accountsAssisting with accounting records and ledgers by reconciling monthly statements and transactions.
