Description Established law firm based in Walnut Creek, CA has an immediate opening for a Litigation Paralegal! This Litigation Paralegal will support multiple practice groups including employment law, commercial litigation, insurance defense, and real estate litigation. As a Litigation Paralegal with this firm, you'll be responsible to assisting attorneys through all phases of the litigation lifecycle from case inception through closure. If you're seeking a diverse position with mentorship, this is the role for you! This position is hybrid so this Litigation Paralegal must be willing to work on-site a minimum of one day per week. The ideal candidate will have 2-10+ years of paralegal experience in a California-based civil litigation practice; prior experience in employment law, commercial litigation, insurance defense, and/or real estate litigation is highly preferred but not required.Responsibilities+ Case management including preparing new case files+ Discovery review and preparation + Editing PDF and TIFF file format documents+ Drafting various legal documents from templates + Bate Stamping + Reviewing documents to redact and abstract relevant information + Deposition and trial preparation + Database management of all relevant documents+ Projects as assigned Requirements Qualifications:+ 2-10+ years of paralegal experience in a California-based civil litigation practice+ Prior experience in employment law, commercial litigation, insurance defense, and/or real estate litigation is highly preferred but not required+ Paralegal certificate is preferred + Ability to work in the Walnut Creek office at least 1x per week+ Technical acumen with various software including MS Suite and Adobe + Strong communication skills, both verbal and written Robert Half is the world's first and largest specialized talent solutions firm that connects highly qualified job seekers to opportunities at great companies.
