The Director of eCommerce is responsible for developing and
managing the Curtis eCommerce business strategy to drive overall
development and growth. They will oversee the site experience,
analytics, merchandising, marketing, content and technical aspects
of the eCommerce business. This is a fast-paced and hands-on role
reporting into the Vice President of Marketing.
Areas of responsibility include:
Create and execute eCommerce strategy to support multi-channel
to omni-channel progression initiatives.
Drive online revenue by optimizing the B2B and B2C experience,
supporting direct sales teams, and assisting in new customer
Deliver best-in-class customer journey across all device
Develop, lead and mentor the eCommerce team.
Ensure site content meets customer expectations, eCommerce best
practices and search engine optimization requirements.
Implement new site functionality and features that reflect
market and customer requirements.
Optimize existing site features, content and merchandising.
Partner with the IT team on web development and creation of
requirements documents, functional specifications, and mock ups to
clearly illustrate ideas and concepts for new site features or
optimizing existing features.
Collaborate with the Marketing team to ensure alignment with

product information is populated, displayed and maintained
Measure and report key performance indicators.
