This attorney will grow a team of up to 3 Associate Attorneys. Probate Litigation Attorney will meet with prospective clients, and develop relationships with clients as you establish legal objectives. Ideal Probate Litigation Attorney will need to explain legal options and provide legal advice and represent clients in court and mediation. This attorney will need to manage their own caseload and prioritize multiple cases and assignments. Other duties will include supervising paralegals, records specialists, and other team members.
