The successful candidate is expected to report to Mountain View, CA or Warren, MI at least three times per week.The RoleOur Early Career Talent (ECT) program provides a vital pipeline for skills needed for an all-electric future and develops future leaders of General Motors. We seek a University Talent Partner/Recruiter who thrives in a challenging, high-volume, fast-paced environment. This person should be innovative, strategic, and agile, committed to delivering an inclusive and engaging experience for candidates, teammates, and business partners.Responsibilities

• Recruitment: Collaborate with HR and business partners, including senior leadership, to develop recruitment strategies and results, using innovative approaches and leveraging tools/technologies to attract top talent in a competitive market.
• Program Management: Manage end-to-end processes and daily activities for early career talent programs, including summer internships and entry-level roles.
• Measurement: Track and present metrics related to recruitment processes and hiring outcomes.
• Branding: Work with recruitment marketing and campus engagement teams to enhance GM's employer brand and value proposition for ECT.
• Selection: Use university relationships, technology, social media, and creative sourcing techniques to attract candidates and build a talent pipeline through referrals, campaigns, and networking, with support from the sourcing team.
• Communication: Maintain clear communication with candidates throughout the recruitment process, ensuring interactions are compliant with employment law and foster an inclusive, positive experience.
• Continuous Improvement: Research target audiences and recruitment needs to identify opportunities for program enhancement and better results.
