Job Description Job Description JOB SUMMARY The Partner Operations Manager within Client's Business Development team is responsible for the implementation, management, and growth of strategic partnerships across Growth, DashPass, and other lines of business. This role supports the post-contract signature process, coordinating integration with internal cross-functional teams and external partners, and ensuring partnerships deliver against KPIs. The position reports to the Senior Partnerships Manager, Business Development and is based in San Francisco, New York City, Los Angeles, or Chicago, with occasional travel required. Key Responsibilities Support implementation and post-contract signature processes for strategic partnerships Coordinate integration with internal teams (operations, engineering, product, marketing, design, finance, accounting, legal, growth) Guide external partner integration, solidifying alignment and ensuring commitment Track and analyze partnership success, optimize for areas of strength, and course correct when KPIs are not met Build relationships with internal and external partners to drive partnership success Identify opportunities to expand existing programs and develop new initiatives Provide insights and recommendations on partnership renewals or escalate challenges Guide straightforward renewal negotiations and territory expansions; support complex deal restructures Required Qualifications Bachelor’s degree Minimum 5 years of relevant partnership management experience (business development, corporate development, management consulting, or program development) Strong analytical, strategic, and problem-solving skills Ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams and external partners in a fast-changing environment Excellent communication and relationship-building skills Passion for the local delivery economy and understanding of the competitive landscape Preferred Qualifications Experience in partnership renewals and deal negotiations Proven ability to manage multiple priorities in a dynamic environment Strong track record of building collaborative relationships that drive outcomes Education: Bachelors Degree Company Description Compunnel Inc., established in 1994; is a leading provider of Staffing, IT/Software, e-Learning/Training, Business Intelligence, and Cloud Solutions.
