Job Description:
ERM is seeking a Full-Time Recruiter/Talent Advisor to join our
North America Recruiting team across any U.S. location (Remote). In
this hands-on position, you will play an integral role in
identifying and hiring exceptional talent for our dynamic and
growth-focused environmental consulting organization with over 60
offices across the United States. The ideal candidate is passionate

match, and invests in developing relationships with senior
managers, team members, and candidates alike. A high degree of

employment.RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Drive full-life cycle recruiting process for assigned
requisitions in U.S. offices, to effectively hire top talent that
aligns with ERM's culture, consulting profile, and global growth
strategy.
- Actively target, attract, engage and develop relationships with
candidates for technical consulting roles in our key service areas
(e.g., environmental planning and permitting, EHS compliance, site
investigation and remediation, air quality) and client markets key
markets (oil & gas, mining, power, chemical, technology,
manufacturing). Utilize a variety of sourcing channels to build and
maintain a pipeline of potential candidates for projected and
ongoing hiring needs.
- Provide an efficient and high-touch experience for candidates
from application stage to offer, evaluating skill level and fit,
driving the interview and offer process, including phone screens,
reference checks, salary recommendations, and closing of
candidates.
- Establish and maintain relationships with hiring managers,
including collaborating to understand their unique needs and
developing and implementing hiring strategies to provide a
qualified and diverse candidate slate.
- Communicate effectively with the interview team to ensure
preparedness during the interview process, as well as provide
timely status updates to key stakeholders. Coordinate work
cross-functionally and share candidates with recruiting team
members where a potential fit exists.
- Act as a brand ambassador for ERM in all internal and external
interactions.
- Drive a rigorous approach to process ensuring that ERMs
eRecruitment platform / ATS is used for reporting and audit
purposes.
- Ensure compliance with internal policy and employment
legislation relevant to recruiting activities.REQUIREMENTS:
- BA/BS degree or equivalent experience; or minimum 8 year's
equivalent experience.
- 3 to 10 years proven technical recruiting experience,
successfully executing a variety of searches from graduate to
experienced hires, across the U.S.
- A solid track record in delivering specialist / niche hiring
within a corporate environment. Experience recruiting for a
professional services consulting company with an understanding of
environmental and engineering industries, or other technical
disciplines highly desired.
- Knowledge and experience in a wide range of current recruiting
policies, practices, and trends, and sourcing strategies.
- Advanced internet research experience using Boolean search
techniques (beyond LinkedIn).
- Experience using Social media and social networking to engage
and maintain candidate pools.
- Ability to work in a team environment, manage multiple internal
clients, and provide strong consultative skills throughout the
search process.
- Experience with comprehensive Applicant Tracking Systems and/or
Recruiting CRM systems (Workday) and the reporting of KPI measures
and metrics, with excellent attention to detail.
- Excellent organization, time management, verbal and written
communication skills with an emphasis on confidentiality, tact, and
good professional judgement.
- Proven ability to produce accurate, high-quality work in a
fast-paced work environment, as well as to work under pressure
efficiently with rapidly changing priorities.Pay Transparency (CA,
CO, WA, NY, NJ):The typical hiring range for this role is $65,000
to $80,000. This is the typical hiring range we in good faith
believe we would pay for this role at the time of this posting. We
may ultimately pay more or less than the posted range, and the
range may be modified in the future. An employees pay position
within the salary range will be based on several factors including,
but limited to, relevant education, qualifications, certifications,
experience, skills, seniority, geographic location, performance,
shift, travel requirements, sales or revenue-based metrics, any
collective bargaining agreements, and business or organizational
needs. This job is also eligible for bonus pay.We offer
