            About the Role:The Human Resources Representative will perform and manage the following areas of responsibilities:
            • Develop recruiting advertisements and place ad for open positions in the ATS system; monitor and maintain up to date job postings.
              • Perform initial background check.
                • Send onboarding packet to new hires - send offer letters and other required documentation; assign required online training to new hires.
                  • Create and maintain accurate personnel files both digitally in the HRIS system and paper files as necessary, audit personnel files on a routine basis.
                    • Assist with benefits administration during open enrollment, hiring, qualifying events and terminations.
                      • Serve as backup to Payroll coordinator.
                        • Research and stay abreast of all applicable state and federal laws and regulations.
                          • Proactively identify opportunities and assess improvements to the employee experience and partner with HR team to develop and implement innovative solutions.
                            About You:
                            • Bachelor's degree, and 1-2 years of HR experience required. HR certification a plus.
                              • Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and HRIS systems.
                                • General working knowledge of labor laws (local, state, and federal).
                                  • Working knowledge of benefits and payroll processing.
                                    • Ability to react and adjust to changing business needs while implementing efficient workflow processes.
                                      • High level of emotional intelligence and interpersonal skills; possess a positive, energetic, can-do attitude.
                                        • Work harmoniously and professionally with co-workers and supervisors while maintaining discretion and confidentiality.
                                          • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
                                            • Excellent multitasking skills, extreme attention to detail.
