Marriott International seeks a dedicated and skilled Bartender to join our vibrant team at our world-class hotels. The ideal candidate will contribute to an inviting bar atmosphere and create memorable experiences by offering a wide range of beverage options with professionalism and a passion for hospitality. Prepare alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages consistent with our menu offerings. Interact with customers, take orders, and serve snacks and drinks. Assess customers' needs and preferences, making recommendations when appropriate. Maintain a clean bar area, complying with safety and cleanliness standards. Manage bar inventory and supplies, making sure to restock and replenish as needed. Verify identification and age requirements of customers. Process customer payments and maintain an accurate cash drawer. Resolve customer complaints promptly and according to company guidelines. Proficiency in mixing, garnishing, and serving drinks. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Basic math and computer skills. Ability to handle physical requirements to lift up to 50 pounds and remain on feet for extended periods.
