• Day 5x8-Hour schedule with 4x10 option available
• 5 - 6 patients per day average
• Home health setting
• Guaranteed 40 hours with 26 - 30 points requirement
• Minimum 1 year home health experience required
• BLS certification required
• Gait, strength, and range of motion cases
• References from previous home health agencies required

From $1749.00 to $3054.00 weekly
Per week (based on a 40-hour week). Includes estimated taxable wages of $21.23 - $41.35 per hour and estimated tax-free reimbursements for meals, incidentals, and housing of $900 - $1,400 per week based on GSA guidelines (subject to eligibility, location, and seasonal adjustment).
