Requirements Bachelor's, Master's or Doctoral Degree in Physical
Therapy from accredited schools approved by the APTA Active State
License is Required to Start the Assignment BLS Certification May
Be Required from AHA or ARC Experience in an outpatient setting is
preferred Assignment Details Facility Type: Outpatient Schedule:
Monday to Friday, 8 AM to 5 PM Volume: 12-14 patients per day Team:
Single PT, no tech EMR: Prognosis Flexibility to float to King City
