Job Description Pediatrician needed in Willits, CALocated in Redwood Valley1.5 hour to Santa Rosa, CA2 hours to Sacramento, CA Full time, permanent Employed Highly collaborative and team-oriented environment. You will have support. We run a Pod model for our medical team. This consists of a group of dedicated Medical Providers, MAs, LVN case managers, and LCSWs to provide true wrap-around care. We also have language immersive Pods to provide culturally competent healthcare to our pts. The team has a clear connection to the mission! Health Center is celebrating its 31st year of providing care. Stable and growing. We have excellent HPSA scores and many loan repayment options. Immigration visa candidates are welcome to apply. Location! Mendocino and Lake County are incredible places to live. You can live on a lake, in a picturesque valley, or in the mountains and still be 5-10 minutes away from the practice and a short drive to major cities.Compensation and Benefits: Up to $100,000 signing/ retention bonus Competitive Salary of $230,000 - $265,000 Health, gap, dental, and vision insurance.
