Job Description Job Description Clinic Director – IV Nutrition Therapy Location: Los Gatos, CA Employment Type: Full-Time Compensation: Competitive salary performance incentives (based on experience) Job Summary We are seeking an experienced, compassionate, and highly organized Clinic Director to lead operations at our IV Nutrition Therapy clinic in Los Gatos. This role is ideal for a seasoned Registered Nurse or clinical leader who is passionate about proactive wellness, client experience, and team development—and who wants to step away from high-stress hospital environments into a modern, client-centered care model. IV nutrition therapy delivers vitamins, minerals, antioxidants, and hydration directly into the bloodstream, allowing for faster absorption and higher bioavailability than oral supplements. These therapies are commonly used to support hydration, energy levels, immune function, recovery, and overall wellness. IV nutrition enables personalized nutrient delivery based on individual goals, lifestyle, and wellness needs, under clinical supervision As Clinic Director, you will oversee clinical quality, staff leadership, compliance, and day-to-day operations, while working closely with the Medical Director and ownership to grow a trusted, high-performing wellness clinic. What You’ll Love About This Role Lead a low-acuity, high-impact clinical environmen Build and mentor a close-knit nursing team Focus on wellness, prevention, and client education, not sick care Calm, beautiful clinic setting in Los Gatos Opportunity to shape culture, standards, and growth from the ground up Key Responsibilities Administer and oversee IV nutrition and hydration therapies, ensuring safe, high-quality care from start to finish Perform client assessments, start IVs, monitor treatments, and manage post-infusion follow-up Educate clients on IV ingredients, benefits, and wellness optimization Ensure accurate, timely documentation in electronic medical records (EMR) Communicate any adverse reactions or clinical concerns to the Medical Director Maintain strict adherence to California nursing regulations, scope of practice, and clinic protocols Lead, train, and mentor nursing and support staff Foster a culture of professionalism, trust, accountability, and positivity Conduct regular coaching, goal-setting, and development conversations Ensure compliance with all clinical, safety, and regulatory standards Maintain clinic readiness for audits, inspections, and Medical Director reviews Oversee inventory management for IV supplies and medications Partner with ownership to improve efficiency, client flow, and clinic profitability Support training and certification for nutrition infusion therapies Client Experience & Culture Deliver a white-glove client experience that builds long-term trust and loyalty Create a welcoming, calm, and wellness-focused environment Lead by example with ethical behavior, empathy, and professionalism Support client education, retention, and community engagement efforts Qualifications Active Registered Nurse (RN) license in the state of California 3–5 years of clinical nursing experience (ER, ICU, Med-Surg, or infusion preferred) Compensation & Benefits Competitive pay: $50.00–$58.00 Opportunity to earn bonuses and commissions Reimbursable medical expenses (subject to monthly cap) In-house service credits Learn more about IV Nutrition at https://ivnutrition.com/ We are an Equal Opportunity Employer and value diversity at all levels of the organization.
