Job Description:
Vi is seeking an Assistant Director of Nursing to join our team
at one of our luxury senior living communities. This role is
pivotal in maintaining our commitment to excellence in health
services and nursing care. The successful candidate will support
the Director of Nursing in daily operations and oversee the
clinical activities within the community. This position provides a
unique opportunity to influence patient care outcomes and enhance
the living quality of our residents by ensuring high standards of
nursing services. Assist the Director of Nursing in the overall
management of the nursing department Supervise and mentor nursing
staff to ensure compliance with federal, state, and local
regulations Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to develop
care plans and manage patient care Participate in the recruitment,
training, and evaluation of nursing staff Monitor and continuously
improve the quality of nursing practices and patient care Conduct
audits and prepare reports on health and safety practices Respond
to patient and family concerns and adjust care plans as necessary
Leadership and management abilities Strong communication and
interpersonal skills Keen attention to detail Ability to work
collaboratively in a team environment Expertise in geriatric
nursing preferred Medical Insurance Dental Insurance Vision
Insurance Life Insurance 401k Active Registered Nurse (RN) license
Certification in geriatric nursing or healthcare management
preferred
