This role is pivotal in assisting Physical Therapists in the rehabilitation of patients with various injuries and conditions. Assist Physical Therapists in the development and implementation of patient therapy plans. Document patient progress and adjust treatments under the supervision of a Physical Therapist. Educate patients and families about treatment plans and ongoing patient care. Support patient mobility and physical activities as part of injury recovery. Maintain clean and organized work areas and ensure all equipment is functional and safe. Communicate effectively with healthcare teams to provide coherent patient care. Strong understanding of physical therapy modalities and techniques Ability to operate therapeutic equipment and devices Excellent organizational and interpersonal communication skills Capability to handle physically demanding tasks Medical Insurance Dental Insurance Vision Insurance 401k Licensed or eligible for licensure as a Physical Therapist Assistant in the practicing state CPR certified or ability to obtain certification upon employment
