Opportunity – Emergency Department Registered Nurse – Northern
California Start Date: February 23, 2026 Location: Napa, California
Compensation: Details provided to qualified applicants Schedule:
Night shift, 12-hour shifts with variable start times (1500 or
1900), every other weekend required Highlights: Emergency
Department position at a 200-bed acute care hospital Consistent 1:4
nurse-to-patient ratio across all shifts Epic charting system in
use No on-call requirements; no floating between units Free parking
provided All age groups treated, from neonates to geriatrics, with
daily census of 87 Requirements: Active California RN license (must
be in hand prior to submission) Minimum 2 years of Emergency
Department nursing experience Required certifications: ACLS, BLS,
NIHSS, PALS, and TNCC Epic charting experience preferred Skills in
triage and ICP monitoring Willingness to work 2 out of 3 major
holidays (Thanksgiving, Christmas, New Year) Minimum of 2
supervisory references covering 1 year of employment in a
comparable specialty Candidates residing within 50 miles are not
