A well-established, 50-year-old Federally Qualified Community
Health Center with three clinics in Santa Cruz, California, is
seeking family medicine physicians. This need arises from community
growth and increasing demand. About the Opportunity Clinics are
open Monday - Thursday, 8A to 8P; 8A to 5P on Friday See patients
of all ages. Average of 18 patients per day Flexible schedule
32-patient contact hours per week with 8 hours of administration
time EPIC EHR Spanish-speaking a plus Opportunity to teach family
medicine residents in the clinic Integrated care team model with
nurses, medical assistants, chiropractors, and case managers
Financial Package Compensation ranges up to $270K depending upon
training and experience level. Comprehensive benefits Federal loan
