Registered Nurse (RN) | Case Manager Location: Walnut Creek, CA Agency: Cynet Health Pay: $2,591 per week Shift Information: Days - 5 days x 8 hours Contract Duration: 13 Weeks Start Date: 1/27/2026 About the Position Job Title: Case Manager Profession: Registered Nurse Specialty: Case Management Duration: 13 weeks Shift: 8H Day Hours per Shift: 8 hours (0800-1630) Experience: Minimum 2 years in an acute care hospital License: Active CA license Certifications: BLS Must-Have: Recent acute care hospital case management experience Description: The position is for a case manager who will float between two campuses that are 8 miles apart. The work schedule will involve every Tuesday through Saturday or a set rotation. Candidates should possess a minimum of 2 years of experience in an acute care hospital setting.
