Job Description:
We are currently looking for a BC/BE infectious disease
physician to join our well-established infectious disease practice
in Walnut Creek, CA within the multispecialty network known as BASS
Medical Group. The incoming provider will work alongside 9
physicians, 1 nurse practitioner, 2 registered nurses, and a
tenured support staff, ensuring operational efficiency Our
physicians provide the full scope of infectious disease care , and
split time between 5 local hospitals on a rotational basis for the
majority (4.5 days) of the week, and the remainder of their time is
spent in our outpatient clinic In the hospital, our physicians
treat immunosuppressed patients with fevers, surgical patients with
fevers and/or sepsis, pneumonia, cellulitis, and more In the
clinic, our physicians see about 16 patients per day for viral
hepatitis, HIV, PrEP, bacterial and fungal diseases,
coccidioidomycosis (valley fever), and more; our patients also have
access to an on-site infusion center We have fostered a collegial

The BASS Medical Group is a physician and patient centric
multispecialty group whose purpose is to maintain physician
autonomy and financial security within the construct of a large
medical group. Beginning with approximately 50 doctors in the
Walnut Creek area in 2014, we have grown to 465 providers across 42
specialties in our 128 locations throughout Northern California,
and look forward to expanding our reach in the future. The salary
range for this role is $230,000-250,000 in base pay and exclusive
of any bonuses or benefits . The base pay offered will be
determined based on relevant factors such as experience, education,
