- Provides direct supervision to SCLA lab staff in support of SPG
lab operations. Requires strong networking with BUs and support
organizations to resolve issues and create new methods and
processes to meet cross-BU improvements.
- Responsible for the SPG safety roadmap and KPI tracking, daily
lab operations, and driving productivity and cost programs.
- Manages existing lab ownership through continuous improvement
structures and personnel. Involves ongoing employee management and
leadership development. Utilizes HR/Legal systems for
administrative tasks. Sets objective-based employee performance
expectations aligned with high-level objectives.
- Requires expert knowledge of build and start-up activities for
semiconductor labs/fabs. Uses this experience to develop
operational and workflow models for existing SCLA sites and EPIC
lab.
- Resolves complex lab process issues using systematic
troubleshooting, involving multiple processes. Communicates issues,
tracks progress, and pulls resources from multiple business
units/functions. Applies statistical techniques, digital
transformation methods, and Kaizen processes to determine root
causes and action plans.Functional Knowledge
- Demonstrates broad understanding of systems, theories, and
practices.
- Creates reports for business methods including QBR, SR, and
high-level management needs.Business Expertise
- Requires a minimum of 10 years of experience in semiconductor
lab/fab infrastructure to operational completion. Uses this
experience to create lab operations organizations and performance
data models.Leadership
- Models positive leadership values. Responsible for employee
development and talent pipeline.Problem Solving
- Leads resolution of highly complex or unusual business problems
using advanced analytical judgment.Impact
- Impacts departmental or business unit results, supporting other

Candidates may also be eligible for bonuses and stock awards. For
