As a Foresight licensed therapist you will:Deliver therapy, manage your schedule, and document notes in our EHR with a company-provided laptop and second monitor (as requested).Provide attuned psychotherapy to individuals along with the option to provide services to additional treatment units (couples and families), virtually or in-person (at select locations).Perform assessments, provide diagnoses, and create treatment plans and progress notes, with the freedom to leverage therapeutic approaches that work best for you and your clients.Collaborate with other clinicians and professionals in an interdisciplinary approach to provide holistic care.What Foresight Offers:A SIGN-ON BONUS/Pay Advance of $3,500 total for full-time therapy roles*Payment of $2,000 after completing 90 days of employmentPayment of $1,500 after completing 9 months of employmentCompetitive Compensation Packages:Full-time licensed therapists can earn a salary of $70,000 to $110,000 per year.
