Health Link Home Health Agency is searching for a dynamic, high energy, HOME HEALTH AIDE to join our growing team in Contra Costa and Alameda County. We offer TOP OF MARKET compensation with flexibility to allow for work/life balance.
We are looking for a compassionate Home Health Aide to provide assistance in daily living and personal care services in patients homes in accordance with an established care plan. Responsibilities: Perform personal care (bathing, dressing, toileting, feeding, etc.) - Assist with ambulation, transfers, range of motion - Meeting safety needs of patients and using medical equipment safely - Skin care to prevent breakdown of tissue - Take vital signs Skills:

• Proven working experience as home health aide
• Ability to monitor vital signs and to collect specimens
• Familiarity with basic nutrition and personal hygiene standards
• Proficiency in English
• Nursing and health care administration skills
• Caring and compassionate personality
• Current CPR certificate
• First Aid training
• Valid driver's licence
• High school degree Perks
