looking to hire an Onboarding Program Manager to ensure our new
hires receive the highest quality onboarding experience. This
person will work with our leaders and all new hires to ensure they
have an onboarding strategy that gives them a quick and impactful
start at OpenGov.Ultimately, this role will lead the strategy for
our company wide onboarding program as well as build the onboarding
frameworks that will be used by the enablement business partners to
continue role specific onboarding.Responsibilities:
- Build trust and credibility with OpenGov's leadership team and
enablement business partners to align the onboarding program
structure with OpenGov's culture, mission, values, and
organizational priorities.
- Design, develop, and deliver a scalable in-person onboarding
program that positively impacts new employees' time to
productivity.
- Analyze onboarding program feedback and recommend the
appropriate changes to the onboarding program.
- Deliver, facilitate, and coordinate the onboarding program in
partnership with our events manager.
- Build a program and certification for facilitators that can
assist with delivery of onboarding program material.
- Interface with subject matter experts and business peers to
ensure the highest quality onboarding content is built and
delivered.
- Work closely with Enablement Business Partners to help them
execute role based onboarding programs.Requirements and Preferred
Experience:
- 5+ yrs in education/training development, Enablement, or
relevant experience
- Effective communicator: written, verbal, and listening
- Experience facilitating and presenting in front of large
groups
- Knowledge of different learning methods and ability to blend
methods to best fit learning objectives
- Ability to prioritize and adapt in a fast-paced
environment
- Strong project management skills.
- Strong interpersonal skills, building relationships and
influencing others to get things done, and prioritization.
- Experience working cross-functionally with different enablement
and revenue teams.Bonuses:
- Experience working in the public sector$150K - $160KOn target
ranges above include base plus a portion of variable compensation
that is earned based on company and individual performance.The
final compensation will be determined by a number of factors such
as qualifications, expertise, and the candidate's geographical
