- Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
- 10 years of experience in advertising, marketing technology,
management consulting, or product management.
- 2 years of experience managing individuals and leading
cross-functional teams.
- Experience leading operational initiatives.Preferred
qualifications
- Advanced degree (e.g., MBA or Master's in Science).
- Problem-solving skills, with experience building
persuasive/data-driven business cases.
- Proven ability to influence counterparts in Product, Sales,
Marketing, and Operations.
- Excellent communication skills with an ability to influence
senior stakeholders (e.g., Director+) and build relationships with
cross-functional partners.About the jobThe Go-to-Market Operations
(GTM) team is a global group that serves as the strategy,
operations, and product commercialization partner to GBO. They
ensure Google's Ads business delivers strategic growth and operates
effectively.This team is responsible for setting GTM strategy,
shaping priorities, and supporting the commercialization of new Ads
products. They build infrastructure, enhance business skills, and
ensure flawless execution aligned with business outcomes. The team
includes members embedded in major Ads business areas and global
teams working across these areas. Members are analytical,
strategic, and pragmatic in execution.As a Manager in this role,
you will lead cross-team strategies connecting Product Management,
regional GTM, in-country Specialist teams, and other GPS teams.
Collaboration with regional partners to understand customer and
account team needs worldwide is essential.Global Solutions links
Google products with business needs. Your focus will be on
transforming innovation into comprehensive, packaged tools to
maximize customer benefits and ensure strategic alignment for
Google products.The US base salary range is $180,000-$267,000 plus
bonus, equity, and benefits. Salary is role, level, and
location-dependent. Specifics will be shared by your recruiter
during hiring. Note that listed salaries reflect base pay only,
excluding additional compensation and benefits.
