Vice PresidentKeadjian Associates, a leading strategic
communications and management consulting firm in the San Francisco
Bay Area, is seeking a full-time vice president to begin work
immediately. Prior experience at a public relations or public
affairs agency is required. The ideal candidate is exceptional at
counseling clients on high-profile corporate communications or
crisis communications matters.Keadjian is one of the

Our team is based out of the Walnut Creek headquarters. We offer
the flexibility to work primarily from home, contingent on business
and client needs. Two days a month, we meet in-person to work with
our teams at our Walnut Creek office. If business needs warrant, we
forecast our team may potentially convene one day a week for team
building, training, mentoring and more. Additionally, from time to
time, travel may be required to participate in client meetings or
events, and to attend team building, training and mentoring events.
Responsibilities:
- Work closely with fellow members of the agency leadership
team
- Serve as an account leader working with the agencys largest
client
- Look around corners, help clients capitalize on new
opportunities and foresee strategic issues that need to be
addressed
- Pay close attention to the details to ensure flawless execution
by the larger team
- Develop a deep understanding of the clients businesses,
priorities, pain points and competitive landscape and share this
with the team
- Contribute to business development and team development
- Develop the strategy and lead teams in the execution of
communications programs and community engagement for clients
- Develop a superb understanding of the clients industry and
counsel senior clients on strategy, messaging and tactics
- Edit high-quality, client-ready messaging and materials (e.g.,
talking points, fact sheets, presentations, posters, timelines, and
production trackers) developed by the team to ensure deliverables
meet our agencys exceptionally high standards
- Work with in-house graphic design team to brainstorm visual
treatments to enhance materials
- Manage and mentor direct reportsQualifications:
- 10+ years of experience in strategic communications, corporate
communications, crisis communications, or the like
- Experience at a public relations or public affairs agency is
required
- Fantastic attention to detail
- Outstanding writing and editing skills
- Willing to roll up your sleeves and get work done
- Strong strategic counselor to internal and external
audiences
- Exceptional project management and team management skills
- High emotional intelligence
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment switching
seamlessly between multiple projects, turning things around in
record time
- Skilled in Microsoft Office, Excel and PowerPoint
- Bachelors degree requiredExpected Salary: In addition to
industry leading benefits including end of year profit sharing and
performance bonus program for eligible employees, the annual base
salary range for this position is $140,000 to $180,000. Starting
salary will be based on a number of factors, including years of
experience, type of relevant experience, education and more.
Additional Benefits and Compensation: Keadjian Associates has a
discretionary bonus program for eligible employees. Bonuses are
awarded based on performance and contributions, in the Companys
sole discretion. In addition, the Company has a 401(k) Program
that, when eligible, will contribute a percentage of the employees
annual total compensation to their plan. Lastly, the Company has
group health, dental and vision insurance coverage for its eligible
employees, and the Company pays one hundred percent (100%) of its
employees premiums for the offered medical benefit plans. The
Company reserves the right to modify, amend or eliminate any of its
employee benefits at any time, consistent with applicable law.
