Job Description:

Twin Oaks Real Estate, a high-powered brokerage firm, is seeking an experienced and full-time Real Estate Sales Manager to join our team. The successful candidate will cover our Benicia and Walnut Creek offices and possess excellent communication skills, strong leadership & coaching qualities, and a deep understanding of customer & agent needs.

Pay and Hours:

This position offers a competitive salary of $75,000 to $140,000 per year, depending on experience and skill set. The Sales Manager will work 40 hours a week on a full-time schedule, from Monday to Friday, 8:30 am to 4:30 pm. Weekend work is seldom and is only on-call as needed.

Requirements:

The ideal candidate should have prior Real Estate Sales & Coaching experience and be willing to table own sales if currently active in Real Estate.

Responsibilities:

The Sales Manager will be responsible for analyzing data to identify sales opportunities, providing coaching and high-level leadership to the team, organizing and administering training for the sales team, planning and implementing training programs, collaborating with marketing to develop lead generation strategies, and meeting with agents to work on scripting. Additionally, the Sales Manager will oversee our Twin Oaks Weekly Team Meetings, be in charge of our lead generation platforms, and our Mentor Program.

Qualifications:

The candidate should have at least one year of sales manager/team leader experience, excellent public speaking skills, strong time management abilities, and be local to the Bay Area. They should be great at taking feedback and direction, resourceful, outgoing, proactive, and coachable/trainable.
