As a Senior Product Manager, you will help shape and execute the product vision and strategy. You will lead the creation of exciting new products and features from inception to release. You will be responsible for coaching the product manager's team and ensuring they know what they are expected to build and understand the vision and role of each team member. You must develop an in-depth understanding of the customer experience, identify and fill product gaps, and generate new ideas to increase our market share. You will work closely with the product director to drive the growth strategy and improve the overall customer experience. As we deploy agile squads in product development and tech, you will collaborate with the technology team to translate the product strategy into detailed requirements and prototypes and deliver quick time-to-market and optimal resources. You will also manage relationships with key internal and external partners and stakeholders to create buy-in for the product vision. What you'll doOwn and define new product features, roadmaps, and success metricsDecompose the strategic vision into value streams and release trainsCreate, manage, and prioritize program backlogs and plan product incrementsDevelop, implement, and maintain production timelines across teamsArticulate and conduct stakeholder review sessions and regularly report the progress made and impediments that need attentionDefine acceptance criteria for user stories and perform acceptance testing on features before releaseGain an in-depth understanding of the customer experience, identify and fill product gaps, and generate new ideas that grow market share, improve customer experience, and drive growthIdentify gaps in existing product solutions and opportunities for enhancementScope and prioritize activities based on business and customer impactWork closely with engineering teams to deliver quick time-to-market and optimal resources Pay The salary range for this position is 135,700 - 271,500K based on experience. Required Qualifications5+ years experience as a product manager, managing and developing well-loved software productsKeen product intuition and a strong desire to discover and fulfill market needsStrong experience collaborating with designers and developers in an agile framework and with agile planning tools such as Jira and ConfluenceExperience tracking product performance and identifying opportunities from analytics and dataStrong understanding of product management and marketing in consumer-related industries in general; health tech experience is preferableExcellent verbal and written communication skillsA data-driven mindset with a history of decision making based on business metrics to quickly define, track, and analyze KPIs to actMust speak German Preferred QualificationsStrong Understanding of German culture Apply Now * Participants who complete a short wellness assessment qualify for FREE coverage in our HIP PPO medical plan.
