Manager, Multifamily Job Description Summary Property Managers are
responsible for maintaining our communities to a market ready
standard, ensuring high level of service at all times. Property
Managers are also responsible for building and motiving high
performing teams to maximize the performance of the property. Job
Description Essential Job Duties:
--- Ensuring the smooth running of our community in a fast-paced
environment. Overseeing all operations including maintenance,
capital improvements, lease administration, budgeting, forecasting,
reporting, collections, evictions, vacancy anticipation, marketing,
lease renewals, service contracts, expense control, audits,
etc.
--- Providing superior customer service and communication to our
residents and prospects to enhance customer satisfaction and
increase renewals, revenue, reputation, and profitability. Complete
lease/renewal paperwork to ensure completion to completion to
company standards.
--- Track and evaluate advertising, and all client traffic.
--- Developing, mentoring, leading, and managing a high-performing,
cohesive team, including leasing, customer service, maintenance,
and management personnel, in order to maximize their engagement and
minimize turnover.
--- Driving revenues with your thorough understanding and analysis
of competition and development -
--- of creative marketing programs.
--- Leading by example. Instilling, maintaining, and modeling the
Cushman & Wakefield's mission to be the best national management
company.
--- Supervise day-to-day operations of entire on-site team,
ensuring that all Pinnacle policies and procedures are being
followed.
--- Maintain effective on-site staff through interviewing, hiring,
and coaching team as necessary.
--- Maintain residents' files in accordance with company's
standards.
--- Maintain a positive living environment for community residents
through prompt conflict resolution and consistent follow-up.
--- Manage and maintain all aspects of overall community budget and
finances.
--- Work with leasing staff to ensure that leasing/marketing goals
are being met.
Competencies: -
--- Effective communication and customer service skills
--- Computer literate, including Microsoft Office Suite and
internet navigation skills
--- General office, bookkeeping and sales skills and excellent oral
and written communication skills
--- Determine leasing opportunities of staff and work on goal
setting, improving the performance of each staff member.
--- Supervise day-to-day operations of team, ensuring that all
C&W policies and procedures are being followed.
--- Work with leasing staff to ensure that leasing/marketing goals
are being met.
--- Be able to manage a team
--- Perform any other related duties as required or assigned.

The compensation that will be offered to the successful candidate
will depend on factors such as whether the position is covered by a

work will be performed, market pay rates in that area, and the
candidate's experience and qualifications.
The company will not pay less than minimum wage for this role.
The compensation for the position is: $15.50 - $34.00Cushman &
