Project is a ERP Consolidation and then Re-Implementation to SAP S/4HANA

  • Successful experience supporting SAP S/4 Hana enterprise technology deployments (ERP systems, etc.)
  • Ideally, experience working on both the Systems Integrator and/or Client side

    • Client is preparing to execute on an ambitious Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) re-implementation and consolidation roadmap that will be the foundation of the digital transformation of our company. In support of this ERP program, we are searching for a highly qualified Program Manager Lead who has ERP deployment experience and knowledge to guide this change.
    • The position will require ERP program knowledge across all elements of the journey from mobilization, functional blueprinting, infrastructure and data migration, training, cut-over activities and hyper care.
    • The individual selected for this position must have exceptional cross-functional leadership skills and proven project management skills while adept at navigating and leading decisive discussions with various levels of the organization (Sr. Leaders, IT Roles, Product Managers, etc.).
    • Role will be an integral part and report into an overall enterprise technology transformation office (ETMO).
    • The position also requires a high level of collaboration and managing of a Systems Integrator (SI) as well as both internal resources and external resources to ensure that the program remains on track for scope, delivery timing, milestones and costs.
    • Strong acumen and partnership with Finance and Sourcing to manage, track budgets and external contacts.
    • A track record of successful ERP program management and delivery is required.Overall ERP Program Leadership ******* 80%
      • Lead a large-scale ERP re-implementation effort, including internal members and tier 1 system integrators (SI's). This effort includes ways of working, operating model (people, process, and tools), and productivity initiatives.
      • Develop and maintain an ERP project plan (timeline, milestones) in conjunction with the SI vendor to manage all relevant activities, sprint approach and proactively communicate the plan with key stakeholders and team members.
      • Collaborate, communicate and manage the system integrator(s) and application vendor(s) leadership to maximize value and maintain accountability.
      • Develop and continuously improve the ERP governance model, including forums, stakeholders, scope, cadence and RACI.
      • Partner with change management team members to ensure cohesive transformation plans including change deliverables.
      • Engage with transformation business leaders and their transformation pillar leads as a strategic thought partner to develop and devise scope, structure and approach to delivering value with a new or existing initiative.
      • Proactively foster business partner relationships to collaborate or gain buy-in on key business process recommendations.
      • Foster, design and deliver best-in-class and adaptive project management approaches to help stakeholders manage program deliverables, interdependencies, risks and issues.
      • Anticipate roadblocks and proactively address issues before they impact business results. Ensure relevant programs/projects are on track, including budget, timeline and scope.
      • Guide a team of internal and/or external project managers and change agents that will assist in developing roadmaps; managing deliverables, interdependencies and risks across the various initiatives
      • Manage overall ERP project budget.ERP Resource Management ******** 20%
        • Oversee the planning and utilization of resources related to business and IT to support the ERP delivery .
        • Manage issues associated with strategy and program interdependence, resource allocation, financial management, communications, and organizational change management.
        • Partner with senior IT leadership and Functions to forecast, secure and allocate personnel to approved and budgeted activities utilizing methods balancing priorities, project requirements, and staff development. Provide proactive feedback to allocated resources and current processes.
          • This resource will report into the Enterprise Transformation Management Office (ETMO) responsible for the overall company initiative for digital and people transformation.
          • reporting potentially 2-3 additional PMs as based on requirements and roadmap.Matrixed relationships through Transformation organization will span Supply Chain, Finance, Sales and IT functions and System Integrator.
            • Program Cost Range: $200M
            • Team Size Range: Up to 150 FTE's (Internal and External)
            • Project/Program Duration: Greater than 4 years
