We have a client that is looking for a talented
CSM/Implementation Manager that is excited at the opportunity to
thrive in a high-growth, major VC backed startup (they more than
doubled their revenue last year). PLEASE DO NOT APPLY UNLESS YOU
LIVE IN THE SAN FRANCISCO BAY AREA!In this role, Customer Success
owns the post-sale implementation cycle. This includes everything
from scoping and managing an implementation from kick-off to going
live and setting client expectations.--In the midst of a global
