• 1. Reactive Problem Management - the goal of reactive problem management is to identify the root cause, or provide suitable workarounds, of known incidents
  
  • 1. Works closely with the Incident Manager on Major incidents
  • 2. Facilitate Post Incident Review
  • 3. Incident and Problem management joint Communicator with Operations during business hours for unplanned downtimes
  • 4. Own Problem tickets that require multi team approach.
  • 5. Validate RCA on Problem tickets.
  • 2. Proactive Problem Management - the goal of proactive problem management is to identify and eliminate the root cause of incidents, or provide suitable workarounds, in order to prevent their recurrence.
    
    • 1. Incident trend analysis to proactively determine if there is a problem
    • 2. Validate RCA on Problem tickets
    • 3. Own Problem tickets that require multi team approach.
      
      Projects The Candidate Will Be Working On
      
      • Manages overall Problem Management process, primary objectives:
        
        • 1. To prevent problems and resulting incidents from occurring
        • 2. To eliminate recurring incidents
        • 3. To minimize the impact of incidents that cannot be prevented.
