Minimum qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or equivalent practical experience. 8 years of work experience developing supply chains in manufacturing and test. 8 years of experience in manufacturing and test. Experience working with Original Device Manufacturer (ODMs), contract manufacturers and component suppliers for Hardware (HW) in the data center networking topology. Experience with high speed optical and copper network infrastructure design and testing methodologies including ethernet, serial bus interfaces, transceivers,BERT, etc. Preferred qualifications: Master's degree or PhD in Electrical, Mechanical, Industrial, Materials, or a related engineering field. Experience setting up manufacturing assembly processes, driving product launches and assembly process optimization within manufacturing operations. Experience in technical leadership, project management, and executive communication. Possess a solid understanding of CMOS devices, fabrication processes, ATE test, DFT, Quality, reliability Experience of bring-up or bench testing hardware in a lab environment Experience in Python/SQL Scripting. Our salary ranges are determined by role, level, and location. Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training. Responsibilities Lead as NPI operations technical lead and owner of the manufacturing plan, conducting reviews between design and operations engineering to drive deliverables that are key to implementing the manufacturing plan, such as DFx and test strategy. Provide on-site and remote support for pre-production builds, ensure factory readiness, support manufacturing line bring-up, provide product debug training and gather feedback on build issues, and manage the bonepile and drive yield bridge analysis to improve product quality. Lead the technology assessment for new products, co-work with the product team to influence design decisions, highlight manufacturing risks, and develop mitigation plans. Collaborate with quality and reliability engineers to establish NPI and production targets for yield and long term reliability and ensure product performance meets requirements. Lead cross-functional team towards resolution of component/build quality excursions during NPI build phases.
