Job Description Job Description Job Title: Assembler Job Description Join our team to assemble full production equipment from start to finish. This role involves both electrical and mechanical assembly tasks, requiring a keen eye for detail and the ability to work with various components and tools. Responsibilities Assemble full production equipment from start to finish. Perform plug and play low voltage DC wiring and read schematics/electrical drawings. Attach components such as sensors and relays to power up assemblies. Develop skills to use Oscopes and volt meters to test and log electrical failures and confirm final inputs/outputs. Use hand tools to assemble sub-assemblies into finished products by reading blueprints and drawings. Run calibration testing on all assemblies in the calibration lab. Train to troubleshoot and test assemblies independently. Log work into the SAP system, including part numbers and downloading software. Essential Skills Ability to read and interpret blueprints. Strong computer skills. Experience in tracking work orders. Proficiency in basic office software like Excel. Experience in assembly and subassembly. Electromechanical skills. Additional Skills & Qualifications Experience with test equipment such as Oscopes and volt meters. Electromechanical repair experience. Experience with electrical optic troubleshooting. Work Environment Work in a clean, climate-controlled, and well-organized environment. The role involves sit-down work, primarily during the first shift from 7:30 AM to 4 PM, Monday through Friday. There may be occasional overtime, with a maximum of one extra hour per day or a 6 AM to Noon shift on Saturdays. Job Type & Location This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Dayton, OH. Pay and Benefits The pay range for this position is $21.00 - $22.00/hr. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
